Victoria Louise Havera

Victoria Louise Havera, 88 of Coalton passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018 at 1:23 a.m. at her residence in Coalton. She was born on July 5, 1930 in Coalton, IL the daughter of Mike and Anna (Vanach) Novak. She married Albert “Birdie” Havera on December 17, 1949 in Montgomery County, IL and he preceded her in death on November 27, 1994. She worked as a clerk for the Secretary of State and she was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church in Nokomis, IL.

Surviving are her Children: Mike (Cherie) Havera, Kay (Ken) Cook, Maryann (Tony) Fox, James (Tricia) Havera all of Nokomis and Debra (Terry) Schulte of Fillmore; 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister: Anne Potakar and brother: Frank Novak.    

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Sutton Funeral Home in Nokomis with a Rosary at 4:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 14, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Louis Catholic Church in Nokomis, IL with Father Albert Allen officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Nokomis.
