Vera M. Acheson

Vera M. Acheson, 96, of Taylorville, passed away Friday, January 23, 2015 at 6:24 a.m. at her residence in Taylorville. She was born October 10, 1918 in Windsor, IL. The Daughter of Clyde and Leta (Buckley) Henneke. She married Richard Acheson on April 11, 1942 in Van Buren, Arkansas and he later preceded her in death in 1984. She was a homemaker and a member of Davis Memorial Christian Church in Taylorville.

She is survived by her Son: Richard J. Acheson; Several Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Brother: J.C. Henneke Sisters: Betty Bishop, Juanita Held   

Cremation rites have been accorded and inurnment will be held at a later date.
