Sherry Anita Spencer

Sherry Anita Spencer, 74, of Taylorville, went to her heavenly home on Monday, November 21, 2022 at Springfield Memorial Hospital. She was born February 15, 1948 in Taylorville, IL. The daughter of Dorice Stephens and Vivian Pickard. Sherry loved the Lord, church, her family, friends, and especially her two grandchildren Drew and Evan.

She is survived by her daughter: Charlene Cloud of Springfield, IL; son: Joshua (Kim) Spencer of Springfield, IL; grandchildren: Drew Cloud; Evan Cloud; brothers: John (Kay) Stephens of Taylorville; Glenn Stephens of Princeton, IL; niece: Shanna (Kelly) Elliott; nephew: Chad (Jenni) Stephens and many great nieces, nephews, and cousins. Sherry was preceeded in death by her parents, most recently by her mother, Vivian.  

A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2022 from 4:00-7:00 P.M. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville, IL. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 28, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Sutton Memorial Home with Pastor Russell Beard officiating.
