Sally Jean Bryan

Sally Jean Bryan, 83 of Taylorville passed away on Monday, June 1, 2020 at 12:15 a.m. at her home in Taylorville, IL. She was born on May 8, 1937 in Taylorville, IL the daughter of Tom and Evelyn (Haywood) Marron. She married John A. Bryan on November 10, 1956 in Taylorville, IL and he preceded her in death on April 11, 2008. Sally was a Retired Loan Officer and Assistant Vice President at the First Trust Bank in Taylorville.

She is survived by her Son: Jack T. (Jennifer) Bryan of Liberty Township, OH; Daughters: Julie S. Bryan of Taylorville, IL; Jill A. (Mike) Porter of Taylorville, IL; Grandchildren: Brittni (Jeremy) Gordon, Kristen (Kevin) Hayes, Kimberly (Billy) Durbin, Bradon McConnell (Shonna Muffick), Miranda (Justin) Back, Melanie Bryan (Fiance Cole Menninger) , John Bryan, Marissa Heberling (Fiance Chris Calloway) Shelly (Shawn) Rexroad and Seventeen Great-Grandchildren. Half Sisters: Fran Purdy, Christine Vitt, Half Brother: James Perry. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband: John A. Bryan, grandson: Kenneth Porter, and half brother: Billy Perry.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, June 5, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery in Taylorville with Pastor Becky Lembke officiating.
