Ruth J. Schwab Obituary (1947 - 2017)

Ruth J. Schwab, 70 of Taylorville formerly of Pana passed away on Friday, November 3, 2017 at 4:05 a.m. at her residence in Taylorville. She was born on July 12, 1947 in Pana, IL the Daughter of James E. and Elsie (Lowe) Schwab. Ruth worked at Liberty Mutual and later she was an account tech at the Illinois Department of Revenue. Surviving are her Sisters: Rietta (Dick) Risdon and Rose (Bob) Muster both of Taylorville, IL; Nieces and Nephews: David (Tammy) Howell, Karrie (Brian) Gatton, Scott Muster and Andy Muster all of Taylorville, IL; Patti (Reidd) Peterson of Neoga, IL; Julie (Matt) Mendenhall of Springfield, IL. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 5, 2017 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville. Funeral service will be held on Monday, November 6, 2017at 11:00 a.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville with Pastor Becky Lembke officiating. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery in Pana, IL.
