Robert Julius Mills

Robert Julius Mills, 53, of Taylorville, IL passed away at 6:22 a.m. Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.  He was born February 25, 1962 in Taylorville, IL the son of Cecil & Mary (Collebrusco) Mills. He worked as a truck driver for many years.

He is survived by his sons: Tristen Mills of Springfield, IL, Brent (Heather) Mills of Quincy, IL, Colby Mills of Taylorville, IL, Sean Mills of Springfield, IL; Grandchildren, Connor Mills, Kailyn Mills, and Adrian Mills; Brothers, Gary (Brenda) Mills & Rick Mills both of Taylorville; Sisters, Wilhelmina Mills & Vickie (Larry) Barker both of Taylorville; and several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, David Mills

Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 7, 2015 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville, IL.  Funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM,  Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville, IL with Pastor Gerald McPhillips officiating. Inurnment will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery in Taylorville, IL at a later date.
