Reta Gowdy

Reta Ann Gowdy, 66, of Taylorville, passed away Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 10:00 p.m. at her residence in Taylorville. She was born February 9, 1948 in Rockford, IL. The daughter of Junior P. and Anna (Efinito) Webb. She married Rocky Gowdy and they were later divorced. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her Grandchildren Brandon Michael (Jenny) David; Erica Ann David; Christopher Alan David; Mackenzie Ann David all of Pinckneyville, IL; Angelina, Mariyah, Devon, Erica Wessling of Owaneco, IL; Brothers: Jeff Webb of Taylorville, Dick Webb of Springfield, and James Webb of Chicago. She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Erica Ann David

Memorial services will be held Monday, February 16, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville with Father Alan Hunter officiating. Inurnment will held at a later date. Visitation will be held Monday, February 16, 2015 from 9:00-10:00 a.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville.
