Norma Louise Kahle

Norma Louise Kahle, 89 of Litchfield passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at 3:15 p.m. at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield. She was born on August 20, 1927 in Sorrento, IL the Daughter of Marion Dale and Anna May (Neece) Orten. She married Vernon Kahle on August 20, 1948 in the Trinity Lutheran Church in Litchfield and he later preceded her in death on July 29, 2007. Norma was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Litchfield, where she worked as the secretary of the cemetery, she taught Sunday school, she sang in the choir, she held offices in the ladies organization and she played the piano when the ladies for Trinity visited the Nursing Home.  

She was loved by many friends and church family

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 25, 2016 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Litchfield, IL. The funeral service will follow the visitation starting at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Litchfield with Pastor Christine Erdmann officiating. Burial will be held in the Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery in Litchfield, IL.
