Marjorie Cohoon

Marjorie Bell Cohoon, 78 of Taylorville passed away on Friday, May 14, 2021 at 4:11 a.m. at Taylorville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Taylorville, IL. She was born on March 25, 1943 in Taylorville, IL the daughter of William Loren “Buck” and Dorothy Bell (Daniels) Luttrell. She married Alec Cohoon Jr. on September 4, 1962 in Springfield, IL and he preceded her in death on November 20, 2016. She is survived by her Step-Daughter: Brenda Vidmar of Taylorville, IL and Debra Walton of Taylorville, IL; Sisters: Linda Buracker of Missouri, Mary Dean of Pana, IL; Brothers: Howard “Bill” Luttrell Sr. and Jerry Luttrell; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her Step-Son: Alec Randall Cohoon and two sisters in fantcy: Dorothy May and Arlene. Upon Marge’s request she will be cremated and there will be no services Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville is assisting the family with arrangements.
