She was born on July 6, 1974 in Ottawa, IL the daughter of Jerry Pitsenbarger and Jill Peterson. She married Brad Herzog on October 16, 2001 in Ottawa, IL. She worked as a retail service representative for Mattel Toys.

Surviving are her Husband: Brad Herzog of Edinburg, IL; Sons: Zachary Bonnell of North Aurora, IL; Hunter Herzog of Edinburg, IL; Daughters: Brittney Keafer of Kincaid, IL; Kira Herzog of Edinburg, IL; Karlee Herzog of Kansas, IL; Grandchildren: Trenton Keafer, Bryce Keafer, Aurora Keafer, Keefer Herzog, Mya Mills, Jace McCollum; Parents: Jill (Delwyn) Peterson of Marseilles, IL Jerry Pitsenbarger of Ottawa, IL; Grandmother: Lois Leich of Seneca, IL; Brother: Jared Pitsenbarger of Ottawa, IL; Sisters: Lindsey Pitsenbarger of Ottawa, IL; Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. She was preceded in death by her Grandparents: Owen Knutson and Adolph Leich; William and June Pitsenbarger; Father-in-Law: James Herzog.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 30, 2018 from 11:00-3:00 p.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville, IL. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 30, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville, IL with Pastor Gaylord Spilker officiating. Burial will be in Asbury Cemetery in Raymond, IL.
