Kathy Oglesby

Kathy Ann Oglesby, 61 of Kincaid, IL passed away on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 3:00 a.m. at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL. She was born on June 6, 1959 in Vandalia, IL the daughter of Ira S.and Betty J. (Mullen) Oglesby Sr.  She was a CNA for several years. She is survived by her fiancée of over 30 years, James M. Timm of Kincaid, IL, Daughter: Stacey A. Nance of Taylorville, Grandchildren: Angela N. McKinnon of Kincaid, IL and Kelly A. McKinnon of Taylorville, IL, Sister: Brenda J. Oglesby of Vandalia, IL, Brothers: Jim Oglesby of Springfield, IL, Randy (Diane) Oglesby of Greenville, IL, John Oglesby of Vandalia, IL and Ira “Jr” (Julie) Oglesby Jr. of Greenville, IL and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents and brother: Ron Oglesby. There will be a visitation on Monday, May 10. 2021 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville, IL.  Funeral services will be on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville, IL with Pastor Chad Foster officiating.
