John Trevis Wade

John Trevis Wade, 51 of Stonington passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 3:40 p.m. at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield. He was born on December 16, 1966 in Carbondale, IL the Son of John and Judy (Royer) Wade. He married Catherine Kube on June 12m 1992 in Stonington, IL. John worked as a farmer and painter.

Surviving are his Wife: Catherine Wade of Decatur, IL; Son: John Paul Wade of Stonington, IL; Daughter: Emily Wade of Carbondale, IL; Parents: John and Judy Wade of Stonington, IL; Grandmother: Maxine Royer of Taylorville, IL; Brother: Chris Wade of Stonington, IL; Niece: Sophie Wade of Stonington, IL. He was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandfather Cecil Royer and Paternal Grandparents Charles and Loretta Wade.

John will be cremated and there will be a memorial service at a later date.
