Glenda Jean Hunt Obituary (1970 - 2019)

Glenda “Peanut” Jean Hunt, 49 of Taylorville passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 6:26 a.m. at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL. She was born on June 16, 1970 in Champaign, IL the daughter of Ray Oliver and Peggy Longhbaugh. She loved to spend time with her family, going to the lake, she loved to paint and refurbish furniture. She was a dedicated nurse and her favorite show was Frasier. She is survived by her Companion: Jay Hunt of Taylorville, IL; Son: Gaven Hunt of Taylorville, IL; Daughter: Taylor Hunt of Taylorville, IL; Sisters: Peggy “Muff” Brown of Taylorville, IL; Jackie “Tootie” (Jimmy) Dean of Taylorville, IL; Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville. Funeral service will follow the visitation starting at 11:00 a.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville with Holly Sides officiating. Inurnment will be held at a later date.
