Eric Neal

Eric Neal, 46 of Taylorville passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 5:35 p.m. at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield. He was born on July 2, 1971 in Springfield, IL the son of John and Doris Turner. He worked as a dispatcher for Norfolk and Southern Railroad in Decatur.

Surviving are his Daughters: Jordan Ann Neal of Greenville, IL, and Jayden Rene Neal of Kincaid, IL; Parents: Doris and John Turner of Pana, IL; Brother: Brian Neal of St. Louis MO; Sister: Cassie (Kenny) Lee of Normal, IL; Several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: LaVerne and Robert Tex; and brother: Khristan Neal and Sister Sable Walker.  

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 31, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville, IL with funeral service starting at noon with pastor Steve Switzer officiating. Burial will be in Owaneco Cemetery in Owaneco, IL.
