Darrell L. Bandy

Darrell Bandy, 97 of Taylorville passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 12:01 p.m. at Moweaqua Rehabilitation Center in Moweaqua, IL. He was born on December 14, 1925 in Edinburg, IL the son of William T. and Nettie Anna (Wolf) Bandy. He married Judith Collene Franklin on September 3, 1948 in Ft. Wayne, IN and she preceded him in death on October 13, 2019. Darrell was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 6, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Walnut Hill Cemetery in rural Sharpsburg, IL with military graveside honors.

Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville is assisting the family with arrangements.
